SHIPPING/REFUND

If you write wrong shipping information/address we will not send you new one. Its on your behalf to check so its the right adress and not ours. we send out the package the adress you write.

From the moment of item received , you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and can return the product, depending on the type (see below). To return an item, contact our customer service at mail or chat, explain why you want to return it, and include your order number for easy reference.

For items eligible for the open purchase or right of withdrawal, only the price of the item will be refunded. The refund will be processed using the same payment method.

Regarding dietary supplements (food), we do not accept returns for health reasons. For clothing and workout accessories, you have a 14-day open purchase and right of withdrawal, provided the product is in new condition and has been tried on once for fit. The customer always covers the return shipping cost of 59 SEK, which is deducted from the refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • The item is not in its original condition.
  • Labels/packaging are missing.
  • Packaging is damaged (applies to dietary supplements).

EXCHANGE POLICY: As a consumer, you have the right to exchange your item within 14 days from the date of purchase (depending on the type of product, see below). To exchange an item, contact our customer service at chat or email, explain why you want to exchange it, and include your order number for easy reference.

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping back to us. Regarding dietary supplements (food), we do not accept returns for health reasons. We guarantee that what you purchase has never left our warehouse. For clothing and workout accessories, you have a 14-day exchange policy, provided the product is in new condition and has been tried on once for fit.

WARRANTY CLAIMS: If you discover a defect in your item and wish to make a warranty claim, contact our customer service, and we will guide you through the process. When contacting customer service, please provide your order number, a picture of the damaged product, and a description of the issue.

To make a warranty claim, you must have the product intact; you cannot have discarded it and then wish to claim a warranty. If you wish to make a warranty claim, do so as soon as possible. You have a legal warranty right of 3 years, provided the defect can be attributed to the seller as original, within 6 months from the date of purchase. We accept decisions from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

REFUND: We automatically refund the money to the account used for payment. This process usually takes 3-5 business days. If you chose to pay via Swish, we will need your details to process a bank transfer (bank, clearing number, and account number).

ORDERS: Once you have completed your order and approved it, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided at checkout. The confirmation will contain all information about your order, such as products, prices, billing address, shipping address, and shipping cost. If there's an error in your order, you must contact us through customer support. We work diligently to dispatch your package as quickly as possible, so it's possible that your package may already be packed and sent to the carrier within just a few hours.

You must be 18 years or older; an alternative is to have parental consent when placing an order. For the purchase of dietary supplements, the age requirement is 18 years; we do not recommend the use of dietary supplements for those under 18 years old.

PAYMENT: We use Klarna as a payment option.

DELIVERY TIMES: All orders are shipped via POSTNORD, and our standard delivery times are 2-4 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are normally shipped on the next business day. If you don't receive your order within our standard timeframe (and we haven't informed you of any delays), please contact our customer support so we can investigate.
